Thanks, Mark. I found this encouraging and that's always a good thing. I lean toward they're just showing us they can put anyone they want in office and there's not a damn thing we can do about it. But of late it has begun to feel like we are winning. I really hope so.

I'll say this much: for the first time in my life, it feels like there's an *opportunity* to win.

Or,

This is by design. Chaos, right? Maybe either way. Another hurricane. The either is churning towards uncharted territory.

Do the chairs float?

I keep seeing world chaos by whatever means including restreached rubbers on broom handles for another up the ass event. Prevailing has to include temporary insanity acts. Just thinking nice for now.

Fuck chaos. God loves you, Charlie.

I think they know their ship is about to sink, and nobody wants to be in the captain seat when it does. So only the folks who are too stupid and narcissistic to see the bigger picture are willing to be in the hot seat.

That's the thing! Yeah, people who don't give the Enemy enough credit are a problem. But people who give them entirely too much are a way more serious one.

The American franchise operators are running out of minor leaguers to call up. Now they're sending out a benchwarmer from the special olympics softball team as their closer. Definitely a promising sign!

(Also, thanks for the mention, although I think you give me more credit than I deserve!)

Wapo asked its disproportionately (17-5) female panel who “performed” better in the Vance-Walz debate, and Vance won 14-8. I didn’t read how the women articulated their beliefs, but at some level I think there’s something primitive at work when you see the two men together — as a woman, you would have to overcome every primal instinct you have in order to approve of Walz. Vance on the other hand “performed” like that guy every girl had a crush on in eighth grade. This is just basic biology, and it can’t be changed no matter how hard they try. One of the first things I did when Walz was announced as Harris’s vp pick was go to YouTube and search out videos of Dennis Hastert talking, to see if Walz and Hastert had the same vibe. Imo they do. I’m not necessarily saying Walz has molested children, but I wouldn’t be surprised. I’m mostly just saying the vibe is creepy as hell. I think Hastert was elevated specifically because he was so easy to blackmail — except for that, there is nothing at all exceptional about him. I also think Walz was chosen specifically because there’s nothing at all exceptional about him except whatever secrets he may be hiding.

Was thinking about doing a quick followup on Hastert. Already caught some flak from a whataboutist who I knew. Maybe a "teachable moment" not only about physiognomy and culture-hacking, but about the apolitical nature of the Blob's selection process.

That's a great idea, the Blob is the enemy!

Put it this way, if Walz was indicted for child molestation in the future, would you be shocked and surprised? I certainly wouldn’t.

Exactly.

Mark, at the end you state, “In fact, take heart regardless, whoever or whatever they decide to send in next.

We will win.”

Brother, I want to believe you, I want this to be true beyond anything. But the ratbastards cheated to hell and back in 2020, with ZERO consequences. What is to stop them from just ordering an extra 25 million more ballots this round.

Expand full comment

My brother Rob, the ratbastards may very well steal this election too, and try to pull off a bunch of other capers besides. But they aren't used to being seen by so many eyes, and their failures to hide and competently act are mounting. I sense a trembling in the Blob.

If it helps, change "We will win" to "We can win". Maybe that's even the better motto. I get the sense that, despite all the crimes they have and will commit, a window of opportunity is opening.

My great hope is that their magnificent arrogance is amplified by their amazing incompetence, and that causes 80% of independents and a decent chunk of registered Dems to wake the hell up and smell the shit.

This is by design , the more corrupted , controlled , idiotic, and communistic , they more the people lose self respect and hope when they see they have become powerless to remove or prosecute them in a controlled system, and rigged elections and fraudulent media

I agree that this is partly the reason. Our Enemy is throwing a lot of energy into the kind of agitprop intended to humiliate dissidents by it's obvious falsehood. On the other hand: Whither the Soviets? Maybe they're just the most recent domino to fall.

I had sort of the same thought. The Lefties who have a credible shot at leading the charge in '28 or '32, the Newsoms, Whitmers, Shapiros made a point of staying the hell out of this one. They want their turn but you know without an 800 pound gorilla on the other side of the ring. The wind is never gonna blow Walz's way. Win or lose this is the biggest score that he has a chance at, he is just stuffing his face with leftovers at all the parties.

I understand what you mean. But I don't think that it's just "losing" that they fear. In some ways, I think the "smarter" ones might fear winning more.

I love Greenhorn’s eloquent take. Sounds like one of Ayn Rand’s archetypical villains.

I wondered if it wasn’t the CCP that picked Waltz… After all, Biden as VP was to them an incredibly effective liaison with all the authority and not nearly as much spotlight as the top position. I knew Shapiro would turn it down, Whitmer would have been more PC, but the Waltzing clown makes a perfect puppet.

I wonder this too. But on the other hand, this might suggest that the CCP is also infected with Souphead Syndrome. Is he really the best puppet they could pull out of the box?

What if he does this on purpose? He's exploiting the sacred-victim, entitled parasite culture's trauma derived from evil white men. He wants to look confused, lonely and freaked out in order to gain sympathy and identification from the multitude of victims desparately in search of a safe space; and the last thing they want is a competent, energetic white man. Ditto with Biden.

I think that's absolutely part of the game, even if it's just an interior game that Walz himself is playing. Kind of like the way male cuttlefish will present as female to slip inside the gates. In this case, I suspect Walz's presentation as Gigantic Child might include a similar strategy.

My guess is every Communist Democrat of leadership caliber in that satanic cohort was either too smart or too cowardly to join Kamullah in her Nantucket sleighride into outer darkness. Rham Emanuel would have been an obvious choice. If they did ask him I guarantee he said, "Not no, but hell no." The Dems are counting on industrial-grade fraud to install the next set of commie puppets. Unless we stand up to the commie fraudulence, and get rid of it for good, the fraudsters will prevail. Devolve or d-evolve is right enough, but that word lacks enough gravitas for what we are witnessing. The notion that he was placed on the field because he reflects . . . well, us, as an astute commentor said earlier, is quite a disturbing assessment, but probably an accurate one. And I dare say, something the Blob got right. I have been living in a self-imposed exile for many years now mostly because in a city of 3 million people I cannot find a single soul to have a sane conversation with. How do we "win" anything at this point? How can we reatore society with what passes as a functional human being in American society these days? Even if these jokers have reached rock bottom with Mr-just-one-more-chinese-boy-for-the-road-Waltz and the next group of clowns gets their turn at the top of the dung heap, what exactly does winning look like?
