To Brother M.B. (the real man in black):

I began reading this article at 0130hrsCDT. It is now 0439, same zone.

When I first learned to talk, I started arguing with my ma an pa about everything they told me to do, everything they tried to teach me. As an adult it has taken me a long time to learn that I have a built-in genetic skepticism of what most people call "logic." That caused me to keep the family I was born into in upheaval for 5 of every 7 weekdays the whole time I lived under my daddy's roof...21 years.

Your use of logic here fell under that same skeptical eye to begin with; but somehow you've made it clear to me that you KNOW even the tightest-reasoned human logic will eventually hit the ditch. Therefore, I read the whole article (between coffee's, smokes and playing the piano) with an ever-increasing attitude of respect and appreciation. You killed, bro. Just killed it. Thoughts you present are now embedded and I Thank You.

I know men in the Great State of Georgia who exchange your kind of information in a huge email network. I will send this link to one of the main players. Maybe they will get a glimpse of your light.

I will upgrade to a paid subscription when the replacement for my lost mastercard arrives. Thank You again my brother for your excellent display of "logic." What you've done with it here is as good as it gets anywhere, anytime, by anybody. And THAT is a fact. Adios fer now. ~ Oaf

My Brother Oaf,

I tend to think of logic as a handyman's tool, suitable for certain jobs. Not even particularly important jobs, mind you, or jobs that couldn't be completed by other means. But it is also a kind of language, and one that many people can understand. So when all else fails, I try my best to speak it. There's even a kind of beauty inherent in logic, most obvious at those points where it intersects with the higher Truth and Mystery of God.

The danger comes when it isn't grounded in that final Truth, and floats off into utilitarianism and other evil tautologies. Which, sadly, it too often does. You can think yourself straight to Hell, when logic is your one and only tool. You'll wind up using it for unsuitable jobs, bending and twisting it to pry open locks, hammering its sharp edges flat like a dumb ape. We see this all the time, everywhere.

Thank you for your kind words. If you do float this to your network, ask them to leave a "Like" after reading. As I said at the end, I well understand if they can't justify a subscription. But a Like is free, and could help me algorithmically. Therefore, clicking that little heart button is "only logical, Captain."

- Mark

Will do. Also, I read a review of this... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Enlightenment-Idea-Its-History/dp/0198916280 ...and it looks like one of the 20th century's biggest scams is being unraveled. "The Enlightenment" is another buzzword that never did sound rite to me. Available only in UK (by Amazon standards). I'm gonna get it while I can. OMG! I was laughing, then crying, then had to call and a friend so I could laugh some more.

This paragraph killed me: "In a sense, a vote for Harris is actually a vote for those Jung Frankensteins who brought her to life, and the incompetent DEIgors who helped to cement her intellectual and moral impairments. She rose to prominence on a fartcloud of identity politics and its obsequious See No Retard enablers, who wouldn’t dare question the competence of those with the preferred set of innate characteristics (i.e. tan vagina)."

We laughed, well, mostly I laughed with tears.

He, maybe from reading this, decided to go ahead and hold his nose to make his vote count ;)

I got many more laughs as I read on. I am still not done, but have to go to work.

Thank you for writing this.

Great article. Indeed voting Trump might be akin to playing russian roulete, but the other option is playing with all the chambers loaded. And the people that are so black pilled they cannot even get what is, at worst, another prong of the same villainous pincer, why do they even bother complaining.

Honestly, 4 is the most compelling reason. Not giving the emotionally incontinent shriekers what they want is always a good move. They may learn nothing, having been taught since the beginning of their long infancy that tantrums get them what they want, but the drug of "fuck it, let them have it so they'll shut up for a little while" should not be taken even once.

I find the accelerationist position compelling for this reason: regardless of my personal ability to further prepare (one can always benefit from more guns and ghee), delay also gives the worst people more time to loot and hoard, and their efforts are amplified by millions of mind slaves whereas I have only myself, family, and a few friends. But that said, I cannot bring myself to endorse the enemy, even strategically. It turns my stomach to think about.

"...but the drug of "fuck it, let them have it so they'll shut up for a little while" should not be taken even once."

I've seen this happen at all levels, professional and personal. They call it "spoiling" for good reason, because it turns something that could be beautiful and strong into something rotten, ugly and useless.

As far as the looting and hoarding goes, that's also something I'm seeing everywhere right now. They are indeed trying to steal everything not welded to the Earth's core, a lot of real estate. On the other hand, what good is land if you can't defend it? What good is Versailles, or the Bastille for that matter? Even the mighty Pentagon becomes just another ugly building when you reap the whirlwind, an afternoon's work at best.

In worst case scenario they'll be able to defend it for as long as they have the resources to feed and shelter security staff. Which for some of them is pretty much indefinitely, why we have millennia-old royal bloodlines, and what castles were for. But it's hard to project force from the wrong side of a siege, so we have that in our favor. And some of them seem to want to retreat into bunkers so they don't have to give up anything to the filthy peasants or risk being double-crossed. That's an attitude worth encouraging, since they don't seem to realize it takes very little work to bury the entrance to a bunker under 100 tons of dirt and gravel.

True about the dark forest. My black pill is that the choice comes down to what you prefer:

a) Deep State screaming and kicking and seething (and potentially blowing up the economy, or committing some terrorist act) while Trump as president tries to change some stuff (if the DS doesn't do some crazy shit even before inauguration), which all will lead to chaos and mayhem, or

b) Hyper-Orwellian tyranny-by-Cackler, which likely will provoke some sort of counter-reaction, and thus more tyranny, leading to chaos and mayhem.

My answer is clear, a). And as a European, might I add that I'd like to see the Eurocrats kicking and screaming and seething, too.

Voting is a low-effort way to possibly make things better. Why not vote then? I don't understand the "Don't Vote" crowd.

Yes, Trump probably won't fix any of our major problems, but there's also a small chance he could. Why not take that chance? Especially when it costs so little to take the chance?

Exactly. Even less comprehensible is why a writer would discourage others from voting? I have yet to read a persuasive reason, and even a coherent strategy explained along those lines (e.g. a “deligitimizing” protest) wo7ld only serve to nip away at the margins in practice, and install obvious regime puppets as a result…

If I was American I’d vote Trump. He has a crew now. Arguments will be had, concessions made but they are all positive and want to get shit done and change what is bad. Democrats seem to be parasitising and somewhat owned by Europe, the banks and neocons. Also they are bitchy and overly feminised in the negative.

I dunno how the fuck ‘Mars’ help’s anything except keeping Elon from putting off prayer and meditation and looking outside himself but hey it will drive the brand , increase the value of the US dollar and give us other nations herpes from too close contact.

I look at the problem in a similar way. All the statements Trump makes that I disagree with seem to be based on sentiments that might change through genuine argument, or can be construed as establishing leverage at the negotiating table. And, of course, we already know that the Democrats have long since abandoned both tactics, in favor of juvenile "vibes", Death Cult sermonizing and the bio-Leninism of DEI. What faces us is possibility (however slim) on the one side, versus a slow motion train crash in progress on the other.

Silver lining: if Kamala wins, becoming an American will probably be quite a bit easier for you. Although, I'm pretty sure you won't want to.
